- Click New Puzzle. Two big, colorful pictures will appear. They look almost the same, but 2 or 3 things are different in the second picture.
- Look carefully. Compare the two pictures side by side. One shape might be missing, or a shape might have changed color.
- Tap or click a difference. When you spot something that changed, tap it on either picture. A green circle will appear to show you found it.
- Find them all. The counter at the top shows how many you have found. When you get them all, you win!
- Print it. Use the Print Puzzle button for a paper version, or Print with Answers to show where the differences are circled.
This is a simplified version designed for younger children ages 3 to 5. The shapes are larger, there are fewer objects on screen, and only 2 to 3 obvious differences need to be found. For a harder challenge, try the regular Spot the Difference game.

Every image is generated in your browser from a fixed set of safe, hand-drawn shapes. Nothing is downloaded from the internet. The game is completely safe and suitable for preschool-aged children.

Yes. Every image is generated from a fixed library of hand-picked shapes and icons. No AI is used. No inappropriate content is possible. The game runs entirely in your browser and does not connect to any external services.
How is this different from the regular Spot the Difference?
This easy version has fewer objects on screen (6 to 10 instead of 12 to 20), larger shapes, and only 2 to 3 differences. The differences are always obvious: a whole shape removed, added, or changed to a very different color. It is designed for children ages 3 to 5 who are not yet ready for the harder version.
Can I print the puzzles?
Yes. Click "Print Puzzle" for a clean printable version, or "Print with Answers" to include green circles around each difference. Both options work on US Letter and A4 paper.
Can I share a specific puzzle with someone?
Yes. Each puzzle has a seed number that appears in the URL. Copy the URL and share it. The recipient will get the exact same puzzle with the same differences.
